Rack-and-stack orders move on LTL freight, not flat-rate parcel. Give us a ship-to ZIP and dock/liftgate detail and we quote the actual carrier cost per shipment — palletized, insured, and consolidated across categories so one order equals one freight bill.

Bulk & volume

How fast is a quote?

Firm quotes return within 24 business hours of a complete RFQ. Freight adds no delay — it's quoted on the same reply once we have a ship-to ZIP and dock detail.

Can I quote networking, storage, memory and servers together?

Yes — that's the point of one RFQ. Mixed carts are priced line-by-line and consolidated into one freight figure and one PO.

What if I only have models, not part numbers?

Describe the spec and we cross-reference stock. The compatibility tool also resolves a model to its compatible drives, DIMMs, PSUs and optics.

Does the quoted price change after I order?

No. Firm published pricing means no post-order repricing — the quote you accept is the invoice, held through PO and shipment.

How do tax-exempt and NET-30 requests work?

Tick the boxes on the RFQ. Tax-exempt needs your certificate before invoicing; NET-30 for new accounts follows a one-time credit review. Full detail on the procurement terms page.
